What is on your list of things you fear? Maybe, a better way to say it is things you would prefer never to come into contact with during your days on earth.

Not a fan of insects that bite or sting you and cause major issues and let's go ahead and add venemous snakes or reptiles to that list.

More on that later because this is really good.

A sweet couple in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, had an issue with their garage door earlier this week.

It just would not open all the way, and nothing is more frustrating than when you need something and you can't get the garage door open.

So, after trying for several minutes, the homeowner and retired civil engineer went to investigate why the garage door refused to open. Well, he got the answer, and he found an unusual problem.

Mr Stephens explained, “I went to get something out of my garage, and the door only opened about 3/4 way. Looking for a problem and found this.”

What he found was an adult rat snake with “about 6 inches of his tail caught between roller and track.”

I have had springs break and rollers come loose, causing my garage not to open, but a snake?!

That is an unusual garage door issue! At least I hope it is. I know I’ll be paying attention from here to eternity!
