See The Impact Of A Nuclear Attack On Alabama Or Georgia
It's a dark topic.
I get it. It's a dark world. Killers are made into heroes based on how "hot" they look.
Seriously, the world has been very unstable in recent months with multiple conflicts and plenty of threats.
Russia is always threatening to launch nukes if we support any country they have attacked.
You can't forget 'Lil Kim in North Korea. Did you know that his citizens are taught to believe that he never has to use a restroom or toilet?
They believe he is some super being who doesn't need to empty a bladder. That's pretty nuts. Please, no jokes. OK, maybe one or two.
Recently, Newsweek posted a map created by a renowned professor and historian of all things nuclear named Alex Wellerstein.
This map is very interesting to play around with on your computer or phone.
It's kind of addictive. I spent a couple of hours experimenting with the tool.
It will determine what would happen if any number of nuclear weapons were used on any city in the USA.
I chose Alabama, initially, and I picked the biggest bomb Russia has ever tested. It wasn't good.
It caused over 100,000 deaths and over 300,000 injuries.
Although, it was much different when a bomb was used on Atlanta. Of course, millions of fatalities across Georgia but not much damage to the majority of Alabama.
Yes, wind speed and direction have everything to do with the fallout of any nuclear attack in the USA.
Again, not a light topic but I admit, I was curious about what could happen in the event of an attack.
Try it for yourself and see what happens when you pick the city and the bomb.
