Nick Frenz Calls 953 The Bear With Bama Home Opener News

Nick Frenz, UA associate director of event management, told the Steve Shannon Morning Show there are lots of changes for the Bama home opener this Saturday at 2:30.

The ban on tailgating is a big change. No tailgating allowed on campus. No RV parking. These rules will be strictly enforced.

The estimated 20,000 allowed in Bryant Denny will use only mobile tickets. Everyone will have to complete a brief Covid-19 health assessment.  Masks will be required in the stadium.

The Walk of Champions and Elephant stomp will not take place.
