Fisher Price Swing Sold In Alabama Recalled After Infant Deaths
Parents need to know about a recall of a product that has been blamed for infant deaths.
The product in question is made by Fisher-Price and is known as the Snuga Swing.
The company has announced a recall of two million of the Snuga Swings.
Fisher-Price sells the swings at Walmart and Target outlets in Alabama. The swings are also sold on Amazon.
The swings have been blamed for at least five infant deaths.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission posted about the recall on the social media platform X/Twitter.

It's important to note that safety experts are telling parents and caregivers not to use these swings under any circumstances.
They should not be used even in cases with proper supervision.
If you try to purchase the swing on Amazon, you will see a "currently unavailable" message.
Reports confirm that the five infant deaths involved children aged 1-3 months.
The USCPSC also stated that parents and caregivers should never use any products such as swings, gliders, soothers, and rockers for infant sleep.
