Mashed also mentioned a place that's known as the "Seafood Capital of Alabama."

Have you ever visited Bayou La Batre, Alabama? It's said that the seafood harvested here is mainly oysters, crab, varieties of finfish and most importantly, shrimp.

According to Mashed, shrimp in Bayou La Batre make up over 90% of the value of all seafood landed locally.
