That's what I'm talking about.

Coach Nick Saban is the GOAT and recently celebrated his birthday.

This led to a restaurant in Tuscaloosa, Alabama coming up with a very creative and great-tasting tribute to our former football coach.

What does Coach Saban love to eat every single day of his life?

This is something he has been open about many, many times.

It's what he loves!

So, the BBQ joint Hoo's Q and Brew put their creative chefs to the test. They needed something to celebrate Coach Nick Saban and his legacy with the Crimson Tide.

What did those crazy culinary masters attempt?

THE DEEP-FRIED OATMEAL CREAM PIE

What a brilliant idea. Why didn't someone think of this sooner?

It's absolutely as good as a 99-yard touchdown on a Saturday afternoon.

It has a way of disappearing very quickly.

We sampled it with several others and it got rave reviews across the board.

It will be available all weekend long and if it's a success that could be extended.

What a great idea and addition to the culinary landscape in Tuscaloosa and West Alabama.

Try it this weekend and let us know what you think.
