We’re Back In + It’s Game On

This time last week every Bama fan was either sad or frustrated or a little bit of both. Thanks to our new found brothers playing for Baylor and Stanford, Bama fans are now smiling and rejoicing! It’s amazing what a week can do. Yes, our team lit it up today against Western Carolina but is not the most important thing to happen in college sports today. Could we be looking at an Alabama vs. Notre Dame Matchup for the National Championship?

#1 Kansas State lost to the Baylor Bears and #2 Oregon lost to Stanford 17-14 in overtime. What does this mean? It means Alabama (previously #4) moves up! Yes, the Crimson Tide still has to defeat Auburn and they still have to take on Georgia in the SEC Championship game but one week after thinking it was all over, we’re back in!

One more kink in the story too, the Fighting Irish take on the Trojans of USC next week who come into the battle with a 7-4 record and could have the goods to take down Notre Dame. *fingers crossed*

It just goes to show us all that we should never give up hope. We lined Bryant-Denny with enough prayers today that Kansas State cracked and the Duck’s quacked!
