One of the coolest moments from the first night of the 2018 NFL Draft came in the tunnels of AT&T Stadium as the first round was coming to end.

Alabama linebacker Rashaan Evans had just been selected 22nd overall by the Tennessee Titans and he was being escorted through the stadium on a cart when he called his former - now current - teammate Derrick Henry. The two played two years together in Tuscaloosa, winning the 2015 national championship, and even shot a short video together about the draft that foreshadowed what was soon to come.

Now they were talking for the first time as teammates in the NFL.

We don't get to see a lot of the behind-the-scenes moments on draft night when they players accomplish a lifelong goal, but this was pretty cool to see these two players share the excitement.

Evans was one of four Alabama players to be taken in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft. That took Nick Saban's total number of first-rounders to 26 over the past 10 years.
