Shredded Cheese Sold In Alabama Recalled Due To Metal Fragments

The Food and Drug Administration is warning consumers to doublecheck shredded cheese for metal fragments.

The recall is from Great Lakes Cheese Company.

The cheese was distributed in Alabama and 30+ other states. The products were sold at Walmart, Target, Aldi, and other supermarkets.

Do not eat this cheese. The metal fragments can cause serious injury.

Return the cheese products to the store where you purchased them.

There will be a full refund.
