Showers & Thunderstorms Possible
The southern summertime ritual of showers and thunderstorms is expected to occur mainly between noon and midnight. Please keep in mind that some of the stronger storms could “produce heavy rain, gusty winds, and gobs of lightning,” said James Spann, ABC 33/40, and Townsquare Media Tuscaloosa Chief Meteorologist. “The chance of any one spot seeing a shower or thunderstorm is 50-60 percent.”
