Steve & DC Hold One Man Anti PETA Protest Outside New Raising Canes.
The 953 Bear Steve & DC morning show waged a 1 man anti PETA protest Monday morning.
The PETA folks protested outside Tuscaloosa’s Raising Canes. They hung a woman upside down and simulated slicing her throat. That somehow is suppose to make us not eat chicken or meat.
Well, we thought they needed to hear another opinion.
So we dressed up Intern Cornbread on an inflatable chicken and sent him to protest against PETA.
He marched, danced, and proclaimed “ I say son, Eat More Chicken”, live on 953 The Bear.

Most of the 953 Bear listeners expressed their fondness for chicken and their dislike for PETA.
The Tuscaloosa Public Safety Director was on the scene and treated Cornbread like a terrorist. He must be vegan. Bless his heart.
The new Raising Canes is on McFarland Blvd, near Texas Roadhouse.
