Williams, a 6-foot-3, 187-pound wideout, made it official in a Twitter post reading, "Committed! Let's get to work! @GoMocsFB."
The Demopolis, Alabama native initially entered his name in the NCAA transfer portal on February 21, 2022, and has also received an offer from Alabama State since.
He didn't see playing time during his two seasons as a walk-on and he retains all four seasons of eligibility as a Chattanooga Moc.
