Alabama Xfinity Customers Reporting Thousands Of Outages

As an Xfinity customer myself, I can testify to how 2026 has gone for all of us.

Up, down, up, and then down pretty much describes it all. As of this afternoon, Downdetector has reported nearly 30,000 outages. Most users are claiming the issues are with their TVs.

You can check the official Xfinity outage map and enter any address you would like to check by clicking on the Xfinity Outage Map. When I put my Northport, Alabama address in it quickly informed me that my service was down. Of course, Xfinity has not given us any response or a timetable for restoring service today.
