Where was the best hamburger in Tuscaloosa from a business that no longer exist?

The response was strong on Facebook and from 953 Bear listeners. The snack bar in the basement at DCH had a delicious burger for many years. It is legendary. It seems everybody ate there at some point. Including police officers after their shifts ended.
This burger was so good people would supposedly drop by the DCH basement just to eat. A lady told us her last burger from the DCH snack bar was while she was in the hospital to have her gallbladder removed years ago.
The milkshakes also got several honorable mentions.
