WARNING: Deadly Asian Insect Invading Alabama
This is no joke.

I'm a major bug hater. Well, let me clarify.
I hate the ones that are DEADLY.
I hate the ones that can bite you, and big chunks of your flesh fall off.
So, yeah, I don't care for the really nasty ones.
In this case, it is one of the nastiest.
People can suffer from an allergic reaction after being stung, which can send them to the hospital.
Symptoms include difficulty breathing, a weak heart rate, vomiting, hives, and tongue swelling.
I've dealt with tongue swelling in the past, and it is extremely scary.
This creature is usually found in Japan and Asia.
It is considered an invasive species.
It is now documented to have invaded the Eastern part of the US, and it spread from there.
It has been found in America for several decades, but what is happening now is more of a threat.
The sting of this insect can be life-threatening. That is highly disturbing.
In addition, experts say the states of South and, North Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama have been invaded in the largest numbers lately.
I also do not like this next part.
They are not picky about where they live.
They do fine in cities or in rural areas.
So, what is this thing exactly?
It is called the Asian Needle Ant.
It is simply not very nice at all.
Scientists and health officials are joining together to get the word out and warn residents in states seeing the Asian Needle Ant.
Does anyone have a home remedy for keeping ants out of the house?
