A five-hour stand-off ended today in Tuscaloosa when a man held up at his home shot himself. U.S. Marshals along with local police attempted to serve a warrant for stalking on James Robert Suttles.  Suttles aged 55, fired shots at police as he refused to surrender today in the Fosters area of Tuscaloosa County.

According to the Tuscaloosa News, “He left out of the residence after the gas was deployed, went downstairs to a basement area from the outside porch and was positioned there with a long rifle in his mouth,”  For more updates listen to Don Hartley on the Wild Bill Show.
