Dictionary.com defines ventriloquism as "the art or practice of speaking, with little or no lip movement, in such a manner that the voice does not appear to come from the speaker but from another source, as from a wooden dummy."  Wikipedia.org describes it as "an act of stagecraft in which a person (a ventriloquist) creates the illusion that their voice is coming from elsewhere, usually a puppeteered prop, known as a dummy."  Some people consider me, Wild Bill, to be a "dummy," but I believe that I have come across an idea that could be considered genius.

I'm always trying to find the "hole in the zone" for opportunities.  Everywhere you look nowadays people are wearing masks, so ventriloquism immediately came to mind.  Let me ask you this question:  What has stopped you from your aspirations of becoming a ventriloquist?  If it's the difficulty talking without moving your mouth part, then simply wear a mask to hide those moving lips while the dummy talks.  You could even put a mask on the dummy, and you won't have to remember to make his lips move.

A Google search shows the nearest ventriloquist is 145 miles away, in Mississippi, and he is a young man who advertises "a christian type show."  So, if you're looking for a new revenue stream for 2020, ventriloquism just may be your answer, as there is no competition in T-town at the moment.  Hey, I know ya can't see my lips moving since you're reading this, but I hope my message is received.  #WildBillShow
