Stan Pate Breaking News About The McFarland Mall Property

Businessman Stan Pate talked to the 953 Bear Steve Shannon Morning Show this morning about his vision for the old McFarland Mall property. There will be an announcement Tuesday morning. Pate will make the announcement Tuesday morning at 7:10 on the Steve Shannon Morning Show. The city of Tuscaloosa has negotiated with Pate in the past, but could not come to terms.

Stan Pate also said he is looking to support a mayoral candidate to challenge Mayor Walt Maddox in the March election. Pate believes we need to clean house at city hall. Pate said he will not personally be a candidate, but that he will support good candidates.
