I, like most people have dealt with weight issues all my life. When I was a kid I was chunky, then I'd grow and trim up, then get chunky again.

Last Wednesday I went to weight in at Dr. McCracken's office and hit just over 235lbs. I know it doesn't seem like that much (so people say) but it was more than I wanted on my 6'3" frame.

When people hear how much I weigh, they most always respond, "What? You don't weigh that much!" I know, I'm a dude and we shouldn't worry about our weight, but truth is, most of us do. It means a lot to say you're comfortable in your own skin. When I went to see him today, a little more comfortable, I weighed in at 226lbs!

It's Dr. Michael's Skinny Me Up diet and I'm losing weight and not struggling. I eat store bought food, not all of those nasty pre-packaged "just add water" meals and bars. I eat food. For example, I had eggs for breakfast and tonight I had a grilled chicken breast with spinach and some red bell pepper. I'm eating real food and losing weight.

I hate to say it but I'm most looking forward to going to the beach and the pool and swimming with my shirt off!
