Run the Insane Inflatable 5K with 95.3 The Bear Personalities

When the Insane Inflatable 5K came to Tuscaloosa in April 2015, hundreds signed up to run the course with Monk at 11:30 that morning.

If you were one of those brave few who ran shoulder to shoulder with me that day, I'm inviting you to run again. This time at our new location at the Tuscaloosa Regional Airport. This year's Insane Inflatable 5K will be held on Saturday, April 2nd. This year the 'Run with Monk' heat will be at 9:00 am. Sign up here.

Because of the amount of people projected to run the course, start times are set up in waves, every thirty minutes from 8:30 am- 11 am.
