This family needs someone to become a member of the family, essentially as a full-time nanny or au pair (as it's called in some countries under certain circumstances). This special person could choose to be a live-in nanny or live independently; it is up to the person chosen for the job.

NOW, WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?

• The person must have 10 years of experience in child development and teaching children.
• must have ten years of experience in child development, teaching children, and child development
• must be capable of getting on the ground to work with children
• must have experience with infants
• An extensive FBI background check will be performed
• driving record will be checked
• References will be called
• Pay ranges from 50,000 to 65,000 based on experience
