Tuscaloosa Metro Animal Shelter Drops Adoptions Fees
The volunteers from the Tuscaloosa Metro Animal Shelter have put together a summer event for all of their "fur babies". The shelter is working to "empty the shelter" and find great homes for all the animals. How are they planning to pull this off?

The team at the Tuscaloosa Metro Animal Shelter is dropping all adoption prices for this event. All dogs aged six months or under are now available for $50. Here's the best deal. All dogs and cats over 6 months are now available for FREE. Yes, you read that right. The cost of adoption for dogs and cats older than six months is ZERO. Not one penny will be asked of anyone adopting a dog or cat over six months of age.
This event is underway now and will absolutely end on July 26th. The Tuscaloosa Metro Animal Shelter is partnering with the Bissell Pet Foundation for this great event. The shelter is located at 3140 Investigator Dornell Cousette St. in Tuscaloosa. The hours of operation are from noon until 6 pm every day except for Sunday and Wednesday, when the shelter is closed.
If you have been considering adopting a pet, this could be the perfect opportunity. For more information on the event and the animals up for adoption, go to metroanimalshelter.org
