Tuscaloosa sports bar Twelve25 has announced that they will be serving students from the University of Alabama free food all week long while supplies last.

"Twelve25 Sports Bar will be giving out free food to UA students until Saturday, April 27th, or until we run out (whichever comes first)," said owner and operator Jay Jarrett.

To receive free food, students must present their ACT card at Twelve25.

"The purpose of Twelve25 giving the UA student community free food this week is to show the UA students how much we appreciate their support and patronage," said Jarrett, whom students affectionately call Mr. Jay. "Not only this semester but over the past few years."

This will come in handy for students at the University of Alabama as this is the week before final exams known as "Dead Week" where students are very busy studying for exams.

"Twelve25 Sports Bar has some of the 'BEST' food on the Strip and we invite everyone to come out and give us a try," Jarrett said when asked about the food selection at Twelve25. "We are truly a place 'Where food, fun, and drinks collide.'"

Twelve25 is located on the Tuscaloosa Strip at 1225 University Boulevard.
