The BEST summer road trip states were:
Minnesota
New York
Ohio
Utah
Louisiana
Florida
Idaho
Texas
North Carolina
Pennsylvania

The WORST road trip states were:

Delaware
Connecticut
Rhode Island
Vermont
Montana
Hawaii
California
Arkansas
Delaware
Alabama
