Is Tuscaloosa in a Corona ‘Danger Zone’ With a Surge in Positive Tests?
Mayor Walt Maddox and Tuscaloosa Physician Ramesh Peramsetty answered questions on the 953 Bear Steve Shannon Morning Show.
Dr Peramsetty reported test positives among all ages in Tuscaloosa. The youngest is 11 months and the oldest is 92.
The biggest age group for for positives is 20-40 years.
A high spike in Latino and African American populations in Tuscaloosa was also reported.
And a slight rise in children.
Dr Peramsetty expects this trend to continue for some time.
Mayor Maddox said we must continue wearing masks, washing hands, and social distancing.
