Veterans Day Ceremony To Honor West Alabama Military Heroes
The Tuscaloosa County Park and Recreation Authority, coupled with the Veterans Memorial Park Association, Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center, and the University of Alabama Office of Veteran and Military Affairs, will host the Tuscaloosa Veterans Day Ceremony to honor the men and women who served in the United States Armed Forces.

The ceremony takes place at Veterans Memorial Park at 1701 McFarland Blvd—East in Tuscaloosa.
Special guests include Brian C. Davis, CEO of PARA and a U.S. Army veteran, who will deliver the keynote address.
Veterans Day is an essential day to honor those who demonstrated such courage, sacrifice, and commitment to our country and its values.
The ceremony will include a flag presentation by a local honor guard, the national anthem, speakers, and the armed forces medley to honor all of those who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces.
PARA would like to ensure that veterans, service members, families, and community members are invited to this fantastic tribute to our military and the men and women who have sacrificed so much for freedom.
Parking is available at University Mall, and if the weather turns harsh, all activities will be moved indoors. University Mall will be the site if a weather change is needed.
Any changes will be announced by 8:30 am on PARA's social media channels, like this one here.
