Friend Of NFL Owner Says Nick Saban Wanted To Leave Alabama

Actor Tom Arnold,friends with New York Giants owner Steve Tisch,whose wife went to Bama,says Nick Saban had real interest in the NEW YORK GIANTS coaching vacancy last offseason.

Tom Arnold said in an interview,reported by BAMA ON LINE,that super lawyer Bob Arum told the GIANTS "Saban wanted the job,but would have to talk to his wife". The team gave Saban a weekend to decide.

Luckily it did not work out & Saban came back for his tenth season at Bama. Just another reason to love Miss Terry Saban!
