Former Alabama & NFL Quarterback to Speak at Leadership Prayer Breakfast
Brodie Croyle, former University of Alabama and Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and the executive director of Big Oak Ranch will be the keynote speaker at the West Alabama Leadership Prayer Breakfast this Spring.
The 26th Annual Prayer Breakfast will be held on Tuesday, April 22, at the University of Alabama Bryant Conference Center. Doors open at 6:30 a.m., and the event begins at 8 a.m.
Croyle has led Big Oak Ranch, a nonprofit founded by his father to help abused and abandoned children, since his retirement from football in 2012.
The organization has “grown from a single farmhouse serving five boys to seven ministry teams dedicated to continually improving the standard of care for children who need a chance,” the organization said on their website.
“As a result, Big Oak has been given an opportunity to advance the mission of loving, long-term, Christian homes nationwide.”
Big Oak Ranch has three ministries in Alabama, Big Oak Girls’ Ranch in Springville, Big Oak Boys’ Ranch in Gadsden, and Westbrook Christian School in Rainbow City.
