Duncanville Dog Death Update: The Tuscaloosa County Animal Control is conducting interviews today with residents of South Fork Trailer Park where the dog was found hung inside his cage. We pray for #JUSTICE for this innocent dog and WE must speak for those that can't. 🐶 #WildBillShow 🐱

Hanging a dog 3 inches off the ground, inside a locked cage sure seems like a form of torture to many Alabama residents. ALA. CODE § 13A-11-14: a person who intentionally tortures a dog or cat is a Class C Felony, punishable with a fine of up to $15,000 and/or imprisonment up to 10 years.
