Where Are The Most “Hostile” College Football Stadiums

You still want our stadium here in Tuscaloosa to be LOUD and proud on Saturdays. We are inching closer and closer to the 2026/2027 CFB season. Of course, we open our season at home on September 5th against East Carolina. By the way, even though we are a heavy favorite, East Carolina is better than most people give them credit for, and they will be gunning for the upset. We better be prepared across the board. That includes the fans that will be at Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium.

The folks at BroBible are responsible for this ranking of the most "hostile" college football stadiums in the country. There’s something to be said for having the “home field advantage,” and there’s no sport where that comes to life more than in our beloved college football. The team at BroBible based these rankings on factors like “noise,” being the “least welcoming” to visitors, and sheer intimidation; these are the most hostile college football stadiums in the USA.

DID ALABAMA MAKE THE LIST?

The TOP FIVE:

5. Kyle Field (Texas A&M). Well, at least we play them at home this year.

4. Saban Field @Bryant-Denny Stadium (Alabama). This is not where we should be ranked. I'm not blaming the folks who did the ranking because we need to make our home stadium a place that visiting teams do NOT want to visit.

3. Beaver Stadium (Penn State)   The "white out" game is always a big deal.

2. The Horseshoe (Ohio State)

1. TIGER STADIUM (LSU)  Yes, it is hard to argue this ranking. I hate playing at LSU, and that is a fact that several players tell me they also agree on.

By the way, Auburn barely made the list way down at #16. I think that ranking is way too high.
