The next couple of days are forecast to be very cold in West Alabama, as my daughter’s apartment complex just sent her a freeze notice.

You know the type that mentions running your hot and cold water faucet streams slightly and opening all of your cabinet doors, and it’s understandable in this part of the country that not everyone is familiar with what to do in the extreme cold.
Of course, make sure that all pets are brought inside from the extreme cold weather over the next two days.

According to the Tuscaloosa County Emergency Management Agency, warming stations will be operational from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
