ATLANTA, GA -- SEC Media Days are well underway as fans of various teams continue to listen in on what the coaches and players comment on plans for the upcoming season, but one story still remains important for all of those involved. The feud regarding Alabama head coach Nick Saban and Texas A&M head coach Jimbo Fisher continues to be the center of attention since it began in late May.

SEC Media Days gives players a chance to answer questions for the first time since the controversy began. When he was asked about his opinion on the matter, Alabama quarterback and reigning Heisman Trophy winner Bryce Young acknowledged the media.

Young stated, "When you compete at this high of a level, stuff like this is bound to happen."

The comment made by the junior quarterback shows that the beef between two of the most recognizable coaches in college football has cooled down significantly and both teams are finished discussing this issue for the time being.

The controversy began when Saban claimed that Fisher and Texas A&M bought all of the players on their team and that the Crimson Tide did not buy any of the players they recruited.

Fisher responded to these claims by calling Saban narcissistic and despicable for the things that he said about him and the University of Texas A&M. Following the initial issue, Fisher indicated to media members that he was done interacting with Saban for the time being.

Players for both teams have been downplaying the problem between the coaches and are looking forward to meeting each other on October 8th in Tuscaloosa. The game remains extra important for Crimson Tide players because last year the Aggies gave the Crimson Tide there only loss of the regular season.
