When I woke up this morning I was hit with the same reality that most Bama fans were. We lost last night. We're no longer undefeated. How do we deal with this?

Last night found myself thinking, "We just might as well give the win to Auburn when they come to town." Did I just totally give up because we lost one game? Did I just mentally leave my Crimson Tide high and dry? They've been there for me through the rough times, pulling out much needed wins when we were clearly the underdog. Not to mention last year's BCS National Championship game against an LSU team that had given us our one loss that season.

True sports fans stand behind their teams no matter what. Why do you think the Cleveland Browns still have a football team after being historically one of the worst teams in professional football? It's due in part to the fact they have a very devout fan basE who believes no matter what, they will win. In 1995 they went to Baltimore to become the Ravens after a horrible 11-5 season but the fans stayed and four years later the Cleveland Browns were again a football team.

Now I'm not saying you woke up this morning with the same feelings I did but I am a true Crimson Tide fan and believe this too shall pass. Texas A&M showed up with their game face and had something to prove. Nick Saban's boys didn't play a bad game of ball; A&M just played a better game.

Let last season be the model for how we look at this season. We're not through with this nor are Oregon, Kansas State, or Notre Dame.

Let us not be fair-weather friends. Let's keep our heads and heart in the game and show everyone else that we have our Tide's back no matter what. ROLL TIDE!
