
Tuscaloosa Metro Animal Shelter Is Hiring
They are looking for compassionate, hard-working animal care assistants to join the team.

If you love animals, don’t mind getting a little dirty, and want to make a real difference every day, this could be the perfect fit.
Position Details:
20 to 35 hours a week, starting pay $10-$13 an hour
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Must have a valid Alabama driver's license.
Work includes cleaning, feeding, and walking dogs, caring for cats, laundry, restocking, helping the public, transporting animals, and supporting the team wherever needed.
Requires lifting up to 50 pounds.
Working indoors and outdoors.
Staying calm in a busy, emotional environment.
Shelter or vet clinic experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and compassion for animals are essential.
