Yes, buying illegal drugs is a health hazard, and this is clear proof of that assertion.

It is just one thing you can never truly be sure of in the world today.

Especially with the danger of fentanyl running rampant around Alabama and the world.

The Sulligent, Alabama, police department has taken time to issue a severe warning that a batch of drugs sold as methamphetamine or cocaine is likely to be mixed with a powerful synthetic opioid, possibly fentanyl.

According to a public alert notice from the Department, this substance is described as a brown, rock-like substance, or as blue pills stamped with "M30" on one side.

One good way to make sure that you are not getting tainted drugs or drugs that have been cut with fentanyl is not to purchase illegal drugs from anyone. Ever.

It is guaranteed to work.

The chief of police in Sulligent urges anyone in the community with knowledge of this substance to call 911 immediately.

If you have information, please call 205-698-9112.
