Would Your Kid Know This is a Phone?

I was in the tag office on 7th last week and snapped a pic of this dated desk phone on top of a stack of phone books. Why? Well, because I hadn't seen one in a log time. There was something nostalgic about the old yellow phone.

I was scrolling through my phone pics over the weekend doing a little clean up and showed the pic of the old phone to my 6 year old son. I asked him if he know what it was.  He paused for a second or two and answered..." Ummm, a cash register?"

I laughed. He then said..."or like a phone thingy" Granted he's only six but the fact he has never seen a desk top phone shows how thing change and change fast.

Would your kid know it was a phone?
