West Alabama’s DCH Health System Brings New Attorney On Board

DCH Health System has been very active over the last several months, bringing in new leadership to oversee the healthcare provider's operations.

The latest move sees DCH welcome another new team member to an important department.

The new addition as Staff Attorney is Maegan Smalley who joins DCH after spending time in the Tuscaloosa County District Attorney's office.

Smalley graduated from Samford University's Cumberland School Of Law and received her bachelor's degree in English from The University Of Alabama.

DCH Health System plans on Maegan Smalley assisting with legal matters in many areas including general business, employment, and legal issues that impact healthcare providers.

Those issues include ethics, consent, policy-making, privacy, billing, and medical practice.

DCH Health Systems operates DCH Regional Medical Center, Northport Medical Center, and Fayette Medical Center in West Alabama.
