Former Alabama star and current NFL All-Pro Julio Jones returned to Tuscaloosa on Tuesday to announce his ownership in two automobile dealerships just a few miles from where he used to wear the crimson and white.

A large crowd of media and fans made it out to Julio Jones Kia and Mazda on the corner of Greensboro and Skyland for the introductory press conference. Comedian Jermaine 'FunnyMaine' Johnson emceed the event before welcoming the Atlanta Falcons wide receiver to the podium.

Jones spoke for a few minutes about his decision to expand his brand and why these locations made sense for him.

"It's just crazy, like it's here in Tuscaloosa," Jones said. "You know, I played three years here. I'm from Alabama. And without a doubt, I was like this is the one."

Jones finished his Alabama career with 179 receptions, 2,653 yards, and 17 total touchdowns on his way to All-SEC honors. He and his 2008 signing class is considered to be the foundation that started the dynasty under Nick Saban.

"To this day, I can go on the road and play in the NFL and play a whole other team. People still in the crowd screaming 'Roll Tide.' I mean, I love it."
