Tuscaloosa Police say 50 Shots Fired in Shooting!
Tuscaloosa police say three people were injured in two shootings where officers found more than 50 SHELL CASINGS at Buddy’s Food Mart in the 1000 block of NE McFarland Blvd. Tuscaloosa Police heard between 35 and 50 gun shots and saw a white Cadillac Escalade driving away with the back window shot out according to WBRC news. Police stopped the Cadillac at McFarland and 15th Street and detained the driver and passenger.
A 22-year-old man was taken to DCH with life-threatening injuries saying he'd been shot at the Cypress Inn parking lot. Two other victims were treated and released at DCH Sunday morning. Tuscaloosa Police say bullets also hit buildings and cars parked in the area. So far no arrests or charges have been made.
