Tuscaloosa Police Investigating Early Morning Homicide at Apartment Complex

Tuscaloosa authorities are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred at an apartment complex on Hargrove Road around 1:30 Monday morning.

27 year old Markee Antwon Lee was killed following an altercation, according to a news release from the Tuscaloosa County Metro Homicide Unit. The victim was transported to DCH and was pronounced dead shortly after.

Authorities believe the shooting may also be connected to another reported at Forrester Garden Apartments. Police there found an apartment and a vehicle that had been shot into several times.
