Emmett Kyzer, the 82 year old that went missing in 2016 was murdered and Tuscaloosa Police have charged Clifford Sinclair Madison, 53, with murder. The Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences on Monday formally identified the skeletal remains found on March 28th, 2017 as those of Kyzer, who disappeared from his home in June 2016...
