Quarterback Arch Manning, the No. 1 quarterback in the class of 2023 will visit the University of Alabama this weekend

2023 five-star quarterback, Malachi Nelson, has named his final seven schools, including the Crimson Tide among several other big power-five schools.

Here is a list of the fresh faces joining the Crimson Tide as summer enrollees for 2021.

Former Alabama 5-star linebacker Ale Kaho has announced today on Twitter that he will be transferring to the University of Utah for next season.

Today, on national signing day, Alabama landed the commitment of 5-star safety Terrion Arnold. Arnold, a native of Tallahassee, Florida is the No. 2 ranked safety and No. 25 ranked player overall according to 247Sports. The two-sport standout chose Alabama over offers from Georgia and Florida.

Nick Saban's 2021 recruiting class continues to grow as defensive tackle Tim Keenan of Ramsay High School in Birmingham announced his commitment to the University of Alabama Saturday morning.

Prior to the pandemic the Alabama Crimson Tide had secured one commitment for the 2021 recruiting class. After several months of virtual recruiting the Crimson Tide has claimed the No. 1 ranked recruiting class according to the 247Sports Composite.

Just days after the Crimson Tide flipped 2021 quarterback Jalen Milroe away from Texas, reports have emerged that Alabama is in the mix for the top quarterback in the 2023 class, Arch Manning. Manning, the grandson of Archie Manning was recently declared the No. 5 overall player in the 2023 class by 247Sports.

Alabama lands another commitment on the defensive side of the football in defensive end Monkell Goodwine. The 6-foot-4, 260 pound defensive end is considered a four-star prospect out of National Christian Academy in Fort Washington, Maryland. 247Sports Composite ranks him the No. 4 ranked recruit in Maryland and the No. 9 ranked strong side defensive end in the country.

The NCAA announced Wednesday afternoon the dead period for college athletics recruiting is being extended to July 31 just one week after announcing conferences could determine when athletes could return to campus.
