Strange Scene: Birds Drop From Sky in Alabama
Things are happening every day in Alabama that many people may think only happen in movies. Recently, some Alabama residents reported sightings of animals that just seem unreal.
Could you imagine waking up, taking the kids on a morning bike ride or walk, and all of a sudden you see over a dozen birds fall from the sky?!

That has to be a scene straight out of a movie.
According to WKRG, birds falling from the sky is exactly what was reported to police in Mobile, Alabama.
During a recent storm, a resident reported hearing loud booms and seeing up to 16 dead pelicans lying in their yard following the storm. Did the rain cause the birds to die? If so, how?!
“Ain’t no way, we looked outside, 16 birds just in our yard,” resident Destany Williams said, according to WKRG. “Nowhere else, just in the yard. This ain’t no coincidence… This is the end of the world for real.”

WKRG states that Mobile Police found the reason for the mysterious pelican deaths. The cause was determined to be a lightning strike during the storm, which caused the birds to fall to the ground from trees nearby.
Has anything like this ever happened in your neighborhood?
According to WKRG, the Mobile residents wanted the birds cleaned up, but it was unclear when exactly that cleanup would take place. Let's hope it won't be too long. There's probably a really unpleasant smell associated with those dead pelicans,
