Shorelines App From Alabama Power Brings the Lake to Your Fingertips

If you frequent our area lakes for fishing or other recreation, you need to check out this app from Alabama Power. It's called Shorelines and is available on iOS and Android.

You can take the lake with you! In a recent blog post from Alabama Power, the app was featured as more and more folks start getting out on the lakes.Search Shorelines in Google Play or The App Store.

With ease, you can check lake levels, generation schedules, even see where the best fishing spots on the lake are located. Plus we have lake-specific profiles for each of our lakes and you can sign up to receive email updates targeted to just your lake.

 

Since 1912, Alabama Power Company has managed 14 hydro facilities across the state, generating power, providing recreation and protecting wildlife. Did you know that since 2000, Alabama Power has helped remove over 10.4 million pounds of trash from Alabama lakes and rivers? Incredible!
