How Far Would You Drive For The Best Buffet In Alabama?
Oh yes, let’s talk about food. Let’s talk about a restaurant that apparently is so good people drive from hundreds of miles away to come to this restaurant in Alabama.

So, as I was telling a friend about this place, my friend said that she doesn’t go to buffets because the customers don’t control their kids. I’d never thought about it that way, but she does kinda have a point.
My friend suggested that it would be a great idea for restaurants to have a kids' and no-kids section, which, I must say, isn't the worst idea I’ve ever heard.
Every time we feature a restaurant, you have the people who say it’s the best, and then you have another group that always wants to criticize, saying it’s a lie and that this place is the worst.
The restaurant we are talking about is Nelson‘s Barnyard Buffet in Saraland, Alabama.
Apparently, the two things that people mention the most are the fried chicken and the fried catfish, which I’m told locals swear by.
They offer something for everyone, featuring numerous Long buffet stations with just about every southern comfort dish you could ask for.
Others rave about the salad bar, saying it's so good that you could order just that and still leave satisfied.
In addition, I’ve spoken with a few people who tell me they drove at least three hours to get to this popular buffet restaurant and don’t regret one minute of their drive.
It sounds like most customers agree that this is one of the best buffets in all of Alabama.
