Mule Day and Chickenfest in Gordo This Weekend
It's 2016 Mule Day and Chickenfest time in Gordo! We've been going to this huge hometown event every year since 2009 and always look forward to it.
Sponsored by the Gordo Chamber of Commerce, this event draws hundreds of people to Gordo for the carnival, arts & crafts, food and of course, the Mule and tractor parade! This year the schedule of events are as follows:
Friday night, June 3:

Carnival open all day
8:00 a.m., 5k kick along with 1 mile fun run for Libby, resistration starts at 6:30 a.m. in front of First National Bank.
