As I notice we're approaching National Doughnut Day, I thought I'd get on here and give you an update into my weight loss - Day 8.

I went in Monday after 5 days on Dr. Michael's Skinny Up Diet and was elated to learn I had shed 8.6lbs! For me, this was an amazing feat. I've tried every way imaginable to lose weight. I've spent the day drinking shakes, eating bars, not eating, eating pre-packaged food that tastes like vomit - I've done it all in a quest to get thin. I've shed 8.6lbs in 5 days! Wow! I have honestly never lost weight so easily.

Here's a rundown of my diet day. Please keep in mind that not everyone will get the same regimen as I did. Dr. Michael will cater to you specific needs be it health or weight.

When I get ready in the morning I rub an HGH crème on one side of my body and a testosterone crème on the other. For breakfast I usually have 4 eggs with one yolk and usually scrambled but I can also have a sensible meal, vegetable and fruit. I then put a dropperful of Skinny Up Drops under my tongue and head off to work. During the midday my schedule says I can a sensible snack which for me usually consists of an apple or a small cup of almonds. Then I follow up with more Skinny Up Drops. At night I eat a sensible meal, follow with the drops and I'm good!

I will try and throw in a quick run or some form of exercise but that's purely for my benefit. Dr. Michael's diet doesn't require that you exercise! Wait, lose weight and not exercise? How many times in your life have you wished for diet that didn't require jumping jacks and lunges?

So, Monday we'll find out if I'm any closer to my goal or not. I feel confident about it because I'm following the rules. I've learned from the past that if I follow my way of losing weight, I'll quickly be back up to the 235lbs. I started with or more.
