Madison and Shepherd Vs. Balloon – Round One

In honor of Albert Einstein's birthday, Scott Shepherd and myself decided to conduct live, on-air science experiments. In addition to providing our audience with quality, educational content (ha!), segments like this make our boss nervous so it's a win-win for everyone.

The premise was simple to read but execute was a different matter entirely: blow up a balloon, dip a wooden skewer in cooking oil and pierce the balloon without popping it.
