Last year, West Alabama was introduced to the T-Town Grinch. During the holiday season, you could witness the unique character “Grinching around” town at random times as reported by the Tuscaloosa Thread.

The T-Town Grinch popped up everywhere, including the Tinsel Trail, area businesses, schools and more. Townsquare Media Tuscaloosa along with the Tuscaloosa Thread received a visit as well.

Before they were realtors they were both social workers, they said.

“Being realtors we are still able to help people, our business motto is "Our Family Helping Yours,” said Rose. They said they started this project because they love Christmas, the community and wanted to do something fun to give back, spread a little Christmas cheer and promote their business in a fun way.

She admits that last year she didn't expect the reaction that they got. “The Grinch became more of a hit than we could have imagined, but we were extremely thankful and excited. This year we have magnets on the car letting everyone know who we are so when they see us they know the Grinch is in that silver SUV,” said Rose.

“I Love Being the T-Town Grinch Because it's Fun”

Her favorite part about "Grinching around" Tuscaloosa is seeing the people and their reactions.

“Looking over at someone at a stoplight and seeing their face that just lights up with laughter, and kids screaming at their parents with excitement and waving was the best,” said Rose.
