Holidays on the River Grand Opening this Afternoon

The Opening Ceremonies for Holidays on the River begin with the arrival of Santa Claus this afternoon.Look for Jolly Ol' St. Nick to arrive at 3:30pm. Opening ceremonies will be held on the lawn of the Mildred Westervelt Warner Transportation Museum, located at 1901 Jack Warner Parkway. Opening ceremonies also include horse-drawn carriage rides from 5pm to 9pm and Tuscaloosa Childrens' Theatre performing excerpts of A Christmas Carol.
